IAMTHRALL Absolutely amazing ambience and atmosphere on this record while still maintaining a good balance of raw heaviness. The riffs are brutal and unforgiving while the production is cold and haunting. Great album. Favorite track: Monocle.

Metal_assault666 Being a fan of BM, USBM is one area I tend to omit. I took interest after hearing the track Wilk (Permafrost), which is 1 of 4 highlights on this release. I'm not holding back, because SYN deliver as promised, raw, unpolished, unapologetic Black Fucking Metal. Storm, Demons Come, Layers Void, and Wilk will be on heavy rotation for a while. Recommended for any old school BM fan and purist, album won't disappoint. I am hoping for a physical copy in the future to add to my collection! Favorite track: Demons Come.

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal
